How is Processing of Kaju Done at our Facility?
At our facility, processing of Kaju is done in a planned way under controlled environment. The first step of the processing is to well rip the obtained bell shaped cashew fruits and have seeds from it. After this, the shell of seeds are heated in order to weaken it and then removed with care to get the cashew nuts from the inside. In the next stage, cashew nuts are peeled in order to get the edible kernel that are then flavored (if required) and packed under hygienic conditions in the air-tight material.
